What to Expect When You Arrive
We start with a careful examination of your teeth, gums, and overall oral health. If needed, we may take digital X-rays to help us see what is happening below the surface so nothing gets missed.
Once we have a full picture, we’ll sit down with you and go through everything in plain language. No jargon and no confusion. Just a clear explanation of what we see and what it means for you.
If anything needs attention, we’ll walk through your options together so you can decide what feels right for you, without pressure or urgency.

New Patient Forms
A small step that makes your visit smoother
If possible, we recommend completing your new patient forms before your appointment. This helps us review your health history ahead of time so your visit can focus more on you and less on paperwork.
If you are transferring from another dental office, you can also sign a records release form so we can request your previous dental information directly. That way, you do not have to worry about tracking anything down yourself.
How to Complete Your Forms
You can fill out your forms online before your visit, or complete them in the office when you arrive. If you prefer doing them in person, arriving a few minutes early is helpful so we can keep everything running on time.
